1. On-time Delivery

Products sold on diggro.com are required to guarantee that their products are delivered on time, this is known as On-time Delivery. On-time Delivery starts the moment we fulfill the tracking number. If you have purchased anything on diggro.com, but didn't receive it within 30 days after we fulfill the tracking number, you can get a full refund.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within our control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, first,please fill in RMA file(https://delivery.shopifyapps.com/-/fdbe699991593f11/be02b619cf41643a) and attach clear video or pictures,sending to our email support@diggro.com,then,apply for a return via our Return system https://returns.aftership.com/www.diggro.com .We will check the problem and respond you in 3 days,if it is confirmed Non-manmade problem, you can return the item to our warehouse and we will full refund your money.

 

The following situations are not included:

1. Your videos or pictures can not prove the item not as described, but we can prove that it is.

2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them .

3.Occurrence of artificial non-product quality problems caused by the collision, burned accident.

4.Damage caused by the unauthorized disassembly of products under the guidance of unofficial instructions .

5.Failure to follow the instructions of the incorrect use of the damage caused by the operation .

6.In the absence of an official instruction, the customer repairs the damaged parts by themselves .
