Returns Due to Non-Product Issues

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Free gifts or promotional items are not refundable.

Procedure:

1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Find Your Order.

2. You will get a confirmation email. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the date of product delivery.

3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Returns Due to Product Issues

If the item you purchased is defective, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Procedure:

1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Find Your Order.

2. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

3. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Shipping

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
