- The purchased item is dispatched within 7 business days after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons and weekends the shipping may take up to 14 business days.
- After the order is shipped out, the tracking number is emailed to Customer. Usually, the delivery status is updated within 2-3 working days.
- In case of changing the delivery address, the additional fees are paid by Customer.
- Diggro is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen packages. As well as non-delivery due to Receiver absence or wrong address.
- The shipping cost is covered by the Customer when the items are returned for the refund.
- Please note that we do not make the delivery to P.O. boxes or Military APOs.
- Diggro does not pay the taxes. The taxes are paid by the Customer.
- Diggro is not responsible for the delivery delay caused by Customs clearance of destination country.
